Mark Massey, a visionary in development and creativity, has shaped Influential Positive Progression (IPP) into a beacon of Outreach, Advocacy, Support, and Intervention, focusing on young males aged 13-25. With a keen eye on at-risk youth entangled within the juvenile system of our inner cities, Mr. Massey, alongside his dedicated team, collaborates with civil and local authorities to steer today's youth towards a path of success and transformative change.

The "Barber Apprenticeship & Pathway to Success" program offers a unique after-care solution for students facing disciplinary challenges in school. Here, in the welcoming environment of a barbershop, students receive homework support and tutoring from volunteer college students, while also gaining insight into the barbering profession, opening doors to new opportunities and learning.

Our "Adjuster & Insurance Licensing" initiative is meticulously designed to train, educate, and prepare participants for careers in adjusting storm and disaster claims. This intensive training not only readies individuals for state and local board licensing but also equips them with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the field, providing a solid foundation for their future endeavors.
